Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of YourEasySofts.com and the software sold on it. By purchasing or using a trial of any app from this site, you agree to these terms.

1. What you're buying

Each app is sold as a one-time, perpetual license — you pay once and it's yours to keep, with no subscription or recurring fees. This is a license to use the software, not a transfer of ownership; we retain all intellectual property rights in the software itself.

2. One license, one device

Each license key is locked to a single device, identified by a hardware identifier (not by your operating system installation). Reinstalling your operating system on the same physical device does not count as a device change, and your key will reactivate automatically. Moving your license to a genuinely different physical device is not supported — a new license is required. This rule applies equally to everyone, without exception.

3. Free trial

Most apps offer a 3-day free trial, activated with your email address only. Trial access ends automatically after 3 days. Trial keys are bound to both your device and email to prevent abuse.

4. Acceptable use

  • You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your license key.
  • You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the license activation or device-lock system.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payments

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, acting as our Merchant of Record and reseller. Paddle handles payment processing, currency conversion, and applicable sales tax/VAT. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. No warranty

The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after a change means you accept the updated terms.
